Scan all files and URLs in virus total

Since some people use discord for scams, phishing, and spreading malware, it would be safer for all files and urls to first be scanned using virus total to make sure it is safe

    I think it'd be best to do it yourself, I highly doubt Discord would go that extra mile to make their platform that safe..
