[Suggestion] Feature Suggestions - "Server option to restrict file upload without affecting image upload"

Hey id like to put forward an idea, i am in a few communities where people will constantly raid and upload viruses that bypass discords auto file deletion, so instead why dont we implement an option in the settings tab for a text channel to restrict file types that you can upload, this way you can prevent the direct uploads of exe's without affecting .pngs/.jpegs etc.
