Ok hear me out, Whispers

have a function in servers wherein the message toolbar (when you hover over a message and that bar of little utilities come up) there's a button that's shaped like some sort of lock or something and when you click on it the bar where you type out a message gains an outline around it (it could perhaps be a darker purple or perry winkle in color) and it says above it whisper to (person whose message you clicked the whisper button on) and when you send a whisper it shows up for only that person and no one else could see except maybe mods? basically, it's a quick way to send a short message that only the sender and the recipient can see
