Not for mandatory slash in bot programming

    Introducing this would be broken for discorda.py because discord.ext.commands is a different module and will not work.

    Libraries will be re-written, bots are going to be worked on again and not every dev in the mood for breaking changes once a year, don't you think, Discord?
