Add spoilers for stream previews

checking to see what your friend is streaming and then finding out its a spoiler is not good

    Personally, I do not care that much about getting a spoiler, but for others it is a really good idea! The one who is streaming should be able to select, wether to spoiler the preview or not.

    would make it embeds in general, maybe someone sends a youtube link thats a spoiler
