anybody else had a problem with Sir Dante closing tickets and marking them as solved without any reply? he told me to make a ticket from a different email address because my account was hacked. thats fair. but I'd already made over 10 in the last week then when I did make one I gave him the ticket number. that then got marked as solved. I then made another ticket and it was given to him. he didn't even reply and he closed it and removed my ability to reply and open it back up. he has also not replied to the ticket that HE HIMSELF ASKED FOR!!! it's been over a week since I lost my account and it seems like he couldn't care less. but hey at least the person who took my account spent a bunch of money. so enjoy the paycheck Sir Dante now do your job.

    Absolutely unacceptable that they have left your account with a criminal for such a long period of time. Especially accounts with banking connected. This should have been sorted the same day like any competitor would be, not over a week. Does something like this need to go viral for you to actually lift a finger and do something Discord? Sort out this man's account.
