Partnered Servers should receive new and future boosting features regardless of Level!

Partnered servers are the great part of the platform where lots of users connect based on their favorite content creator or unique topics, such as learning a new language. Currently, partnered servers automatically gain all perks up until features that were introduced recently. 

I suggest that partnered servers gain all sticker slots, role icons, and all future boosting features automatically regardless of level, similar to how the system is set up as of right now. 

These features will help partnered servers be more inviting, allow creative ideas, and overall creating a healthy and fun community for all those in store!
