Can Discord Function Like a Hotline Support with a bot. ?

Lets imagine a server you have a channel named WFS (waiting for support) . In this channel in order to get help someone from the discord managers or discord helpers has to drag you in  a channel and start talking. Right? 
For instance i am wondering if there is a bot or something that works like a hot line support or  a que. First come First served (FIFO).  For example 5 users are voice connected at the wfs channel. Instead of waiting and trying to figure out who came first. The bots keeps logs who logged in the channel first and drags the first available staff in a conversation channel ( Support Line 1 ) and the drags the first user who logged in. In this way you can decrease delay times  in waiting for support.
