New discord update issue
Hiya, since installing some new updates (I hadn't re-updated in a while so it was the 5 most recent I believe) whenever I open my discord app it finishes checking for updates, is about to load up, then crashes. I'm on MacOS 10.12.6, and it worked fine previous to the update. Also works fine in browser.

for me the phone is fine, but that's likely just cus we have different phones (mine is fairly recent if that helps), for now I'm using discord in my browser primarily and it works perfectly there. Likewise I'm glad it isn't something especially wrong with my specific computer!

Sorry to hear this is happening to you, but very glad it isn't just me (same setup, but was maybe not quite as far behind on updates). Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the same disk image and from a new disk image. On the most recent attempt, the updates were failing to download too.
Acting a bit strangely via phone app for me - people disappearing from friend list then reappearing.

Got it working just now, on a fresh installation of the app.
Here's hoping the issue is resolved for everyone else too.
