Allow Channels/Category Option to be edited by anyone

Not enough room in the title to really explain. But basically. Add a section (fill in box section or channel options like “make announcement channel” do “make info channel”) that lets any one with a specific role edit the information in that channel. There are a TON of game related/fandom/club etc related Discords and I know that all of them have issues when it comes to updating their information and resource channels when only the OP can edit the messages. Allow for the discord server to post as itself, like it’s own member or as it’s own bot, but where anyone in a moderation role (or chosen role(s) can edit that information. Such as. I built our info/resource/get-a-role channels, but I’ve taken a back seat to the server for now. However, anytime something needs to be edited in those channels, I have to come back and either edit them myself, or I have to talk someone through how to reset those channels so that a new SINGLE person can edit. Creating a “section” or a “channel option” to allow “Staff” or whichever specific role(s) to edit that channel’s messages without it being locked to a single person. Also allow ONLY those channels to “replace” pictures so that servers can update info banners without redoing the whole channel. To know who edited the channel/message, the “edit” message can say “Edited by Static” “Edited by Kaerei” Etc.
