Add Dubai Server

Hey, We are facing Voice issues in other servers like Singapore, Eu and Us etc which is dropping voices again and again.
But when we connected to Dubai server the voice is good and working fine, now the problem is that it's automatic and when we try to connect Dubai server, we connect and disconnect Voice Channel multiple times till it select Dubai server automatically.
So now the request is kindly add Dubai Region to Voice Channel Settings so we can choose it manually and set it up.

    we need Dubai(bahrain) server, the voice disconnection issue is very annoying in other servers
