i bought nitro but it isnt working

I just bought nitro for 10 dollars, I did it on IOS and last time i did it, it worked perfectly fine. Now I bought it and it doesn't say I have it, How do I fix this?

    I bought it with my Apple Credit, I also looked on my pc (which is what I'm using rn) and it still doesn't say I have it.

    I bought nitro today, got message from google too of sucessful purchase but in discord I didnot get it, even it is paid from my card too please fix it asap
