Custom server Achievements
Today I recommend that you introduce the achievements.
Achievements are rewards given to members of a server who complete "tasks" created by the server's moderators or admins.
Rewards can be roles, badges or custom shapes for the profile picture, etc ...
An example of a task would be spending 2 hours in a specific voice channel or sending 200 messages.

I like the idea, but this can be done using a bot if you need.
