Feature Request: Allow direct messages from server moderators.

I would like to see a new option for privacy settings that will allow direct messages from server moderators.

A server moderator can be defined as a member who has the KICK_MEMBERS or BAN_MEMBERS permission or greater.

With this feature, I think it would make sense to have direct messages from server members off by default, while messages from moderators could be on by default.

The end result is a cut down on the amount of potential spam/scam messages, whilst not impeding on the ability for moderators and bots to communicate with server members.
