make more ways of verifying
sence i dont have a phone number i cant get back in my account because it requires a phone number. maybe let people verify with a gamil account so that people without phone numbers can verify their accounts

discords a scam, don't expect this to change, it's been like this for 3-4 years. just have to make a new account everytime they try force you to use a phone number.
