I can't report on phone

I can't report users or messages on my phone, I joined a community that said it was "safe". I ended up joining in on the co-owners and owner ganging up on a person just because of their name and calling them really rude things. (That I would not prefer to say on here) They also have DID but they are calling them a faker for attention despite them actually having medical records, etc. Please send help.
