What to do after account is compromised?

Hello.
So my account got phished yesterday... I gullibly clicked on a Nitro gift link sent by my friend and my account started spamming messages to various users and servers I was in in my absence. As soon as I found out, I immediately deleted the messages spammed in my DMs but couldn't delete the ones spammed in the servers in time and got banned from several of them (~12 of them.. I think). I changed my password and enabled 2FA ASAP (on here as well as everywhere else). I've also blocked the friend who shared the link, but I didn't realize to save the evidence of the phishing link in time, and he has deleted it now.

At the moment I've left every server I was in. I doubt without any evidence I will be able to properly report the attack. (I still know the username and handle of the friend that sent me the link, in case it is relevant?).

I have enabled a new password and 2FA as previously mentioned, but I'm not 100% sure if I'm still safe. Right now, I'm considering deleting this account and starting a new one after some time (once old account is deleted), and rejoin the servers I was banned from on the new account. I'm unsure though if I should go through with this, or if it is better to instead appeal against all the bans, and clarify my mistake to the admins on every server...
