Creating list of people from reactions

hello, I need a bot that will create a list of players if there put reactions, has anyone encountered this type of bot? Regards

    hey, easiest/best way is to develop it yourself, make it work exactly the way you want and most important - have full control over it (instead of someone from outside) :)
