Anyone know of a bot that both adds and removes levels/xp?

I'm looking for a bot that rewards members for their activity. Most bots that have levels/xp just increase member rank and add roles at certain checkpoints based on activity.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a bot that not only does this, but also removes xp over time? As an incentive for members to stay active and add on to their xp.
