Discord Experiment: Role Popouts

The experimental feature plain out seems unnecessary. There's no genuine use for it since it can't be accessed while typing. You'd expect the feature to be beneficial for estimating precisely which people and how many individuals you would be pinging by mentioning one role, yet the popout only functions after a message has been sent, leaving you clueless in the process of writing out the sentence. 

Role popouts could be improved by allowing users to access the feature while writing the message. Additionally, it'd be more practical if it showed a difference between roles that can and can't be mentioned by the user.
