Can somebody move my phone # into the #0779 account

I was trying to get my account rebooted after I clicked on the veterans discord thing, I typed in my password as usall, but it says incorrect. So I dunno what to do, I tried sending SMS, but that didn't work, as the text didn't reach my phone # of xxxxxxx7665. Can somebody help me transfer my phone # to my main account of ExpressRailfanner#0779
