Return the issuance of "Verified Bot Developer" badges

This icon makes it clear that the person is already a verified bot developer. Why did new developers lose this opportunity? I think it's unfair.
It would also be possible to make several levels of an icon that would change shape or color depending on the number of confirmed bots, for example:

1. 1 bot - standard blue hexagon
2. 3 bots - green hexagon
3. 5 bots - purple hexagon
4. 10 bots - golden hexagon (as it was with gold hypesquad balance)

This will motivate developers to make cool and useful bots that people will like.
