Being able to edit the sizes and placing of video and streaming windows

I frequently enjoy watching movies with friends with our cameras on, however I've noticed at times that the placement of the window on screen can cover certain crucial areas (especially when streaming a specific game) Particularly on mobile where you don't even have the option to focus on a specific window in a way that shows all other windows. I think it would be quite a neat idea if there was a right click option that lead to a window manager type deal. So you can manually manage how big each window can be along with if you should be able to see your own window (stream, webcam) sometimes I'd like the extra space that my webcam takes up to be taken up by another person or to have the whole stream be a little bit bigger along with the other participants. Making it optional and more of an editing mode would help with adjusting it by accident. Just a prolonging thought I've had on this, hope it makes sense!!
