Trying to get nitro from the Medal.tv partnership but it says that I can't use the code. I contacted discord and they said they can't do anything. They said my account isn't eligible but it is. Any help?

    do you have new account. and do you add  Valid payment method and you have 1$ on it ?

    @gamers yes I do. Discord support told me that my account is not eligible for nitro. Yet it is. If I didn't have money it would say insufficient funds

    Ikr? They didn't even bother to like give me a solution or a promo. They have this strange policy that if it didn't work, they WON'T not can't WON'T do anything

    Bruh really? I'm the stupid guy now. I created my account as an alt about a week ago. And since the promotion ends in September 19th I can still get it. Bruh. Anyways, thanks!

    I'm sure of what I said, but I'm not sure about the account exactly how old it is.

    It could 10 days or two weeks, I don't know exactly.  Because I activated the key on my account that I created less than two months ago. And on a new account today I made it the key did not work..

    My friend from us was able to redeem it fine and his account was new, but when it's my account it says I can't? I really hate it

    Hi! usually you can't redeem these codes from parter because you've already had discord nitro at least once with your account.

    Um, this is strange I don't think there are any requirements to redeem a nitro partner code except to put the credit card, I tried to redeem it (I couldn't because I already had nitro) but I didn't have to put the credit card because it was just a link to accept with "Redeem."

    Shuwwuwu your friend  have new account  and his from usa . but why on my new account not work. i make 2 acc same problem  (( sorry seems like something's gone wrong and you can't use that code  ))
