Add the possibility to create webhook's in group chat.

My sugesstion can really help any Server Managment who use Group Chat as place to communication. Webhooks are cool and looks professional. GC Owner will have a possibility to create webhooks with e.g Task Manager for Server Managment or something like that.

Please consider my proposal positively.
