After post create, show author avatar

Adding the ability to manage internal post permissions for a moderator
- with this, users could create their own groups on the server

Add list of the top 10 posts under "Post Guidlines" as in the Home function

Added the ability to pin more than 1 post

Adding the ability to create more info boxes like Post Guildlines
