create a kind of collaborative channel

Hi folks.

It would be great to be able to set a channel type where some roles can edit all message inside.

The purpose is that each message in the channel is for instance a kind of reference information that channel editors could edit, sort and even categorize.

Additionnaly, add below each message who last edited the message and when, plus ability to see the edit log.

Fine tuning those permissions would be great (eg R,W, Edit, Delete, sort&categorize)
