An alternative way to change a lost account's email.

There should be an alternative way to change the email of a lost account. Either if you lost the email or it got deleted.
I am in a situation that has been going on for atleast 1 or 2 years. The old email has been deleted, and due to their extremely strict policy, i cant access the account.
