Please force new accounts to verify email address before actually creating the account

Please, for the love of Jim Flynn, you gotta make sure that new accounts have to verify their email address before actually being able to create and use them. I had multiple alt accounts raid my Discord server with hateful names and none of these I assume they don't have a verified email address because they all use fake emails. There's gotta be the obligation of being sure the email address isn't fake before creating and using an account. Otherwise, from an app design perspective, it doesn't make any sense.
