Yeah the new font sizes are incredibly messy, and I've asked via a support ticket about the amoled dark mode (which isn't available now in this app). Edit: AMOLED is back but the app is quite buggy

Can't you just disable discord's notification permissions in settings on your ipad as a temporary fix?
