Option to sort emojis by level

Users should have the option to sort emojis by level. By this, I mean select which emojis will be available in each level. This would be very useful because if I add an emoji with level 3 that I feel is more important than the other emojis, no one will be able to use it when the server goes down a level. I should be able to switch a less useful level 2 emoji with the new level 3 emoji so I members can continue using it. How it is now is that if I want an emoji to be available at a lower level, I would have to delete hundreds of emojis, add the new emoji then add all the emojis back which would take way too long. Please make this a feature.
