Can you make blocked messages actually blocked and hidden from site.

I'm someone who's easily agitated, and the fact that I can just see the "blocked" messages and get even angrier... That's the reason I got banned from my favourite server, and I'm gonna get banned from another if it keeps happening. Just please, actually hide the blocked messages so that I can't see them at all and prevent unnecessary anger to make it out of my body.
