security measures to prevent account loss due to 2FA

This is serious and a lot of people probably experienced account loss to 2FA. and to prevent this problem you need a security measure that prevents this from happening. it would be great if there was on the login page a "Locked out?" button that would send to your e-mail a quick backup code that works only once. this would be good design decision and would solve the problem i listed
