Do not limit friend cap at 1k people

When you reach 1k friends - you can not send friend requests anymore. U could receive friend requests until the snowsgiving update. Now you can not receive freind requests anymore.

Plus blocking people also doesnt work anymore. It says u can not send a friend request bc 1k cap to the user you want to block.
