Account Disabled and Discord Support doesnt read tickets

My account was banned for allegations of "hacking and fraud" neither which i have done and discord refuses to even acknowledge that anything happened. I have tried explaining the situation multiple times as (I'm guessing) I have been banned as a collateral in a server i was in that got banned.
