My discord nitro was stopped even though I had funds in my bank account

I was subscribing nitro for a long time. Yeasterday (7.01.2023) i got information that my nitro will end tommorow. I knew about it and i got my money for another month but I didnt got it. 
I got mail about my failed payment. But i had money. Can you help me?
