[Request] Import/Export Registered Games list

As it currently stands, the usual uninstall/reinstall cycle that Support so frequently recommends wipes the list of overlay-recognized games, forcing the client to re-register each of those games with the overlay after booting. Having Discord make a file to remind itself what games to allow the overlay in would keep a more consistent user experience throughout these uninstall/reinstall cycles.
