Pinging - Automatic Disable Option

Plenty of users as a "default" click on the @ button to disable pinging when replying to other users. It's unnecessarily tedious and annoying to have to remember to constantly turn that off before replying.

I request an option to automatically have pinging disabled by default when replying. Thank you.
