Customer Service Sucks
Seriously - it has been three days since my ticket request (issue) was confirmed. I've heard nothing since then. Another account is using my phone number. And, I need to get my account verified. This should be an easy (EASY!) fix.

I been trying to get a human to contact me but all they do is send a bot

They seem to have no humans here , support is a joke . Many rules but no exceptions , end result is 0 users , only bot's , They do have lot's of help and feedback places that no one reads .
