Text chat notifications Via the overlay

In overlay options. I would like the ability to have the text chats popups in my game, while playing, stay on screen Longer.  In the action, sometimes I cannot read them right away.  If I had the option to choose how long they Lingered on screen, I could read more of them before they disappear.  for instance 1 3 5 10 15 seconds.  Thank You.
