Allow server owners/moderator pin certain message at top like an alert

Saying one thing example. If there is some program which not work on windows 10/11 because some update break it and then peoples comes to see answer and then ask it HUNDREDS times SAME THING why its not work.. That is not annoying right? that current pin messages thing not help (little red dot). I dont know but some people not know that feature and do not see that and realize open that? 

So.. how it would be better if its possible allow server owner/owners pin certain message at top like an alert it could be everywhere in channel or somewhere example there is support channel it shows there at top?
