Remove the @everyone channel permission requirements for Onboarding feature.

The fact that Onboarding feature set up requires you to have at least 5 channels to allow @everyone with permission to read and post to enable it is rather annoying especially for those who use a Discord bot for verification purposes in channel gated servers. Simply removing the requirement so we can use the feature for roles would be great.

  Agreed. The requirement should be like 1 or 2 channels for everyone

  It's frankly ridiculous, especially since 'create thread' permissions apparently don't count.

  And no, I can't just switch those channels to forums, because members need the ability to create private threads. (I have a tech support server, and people need to be able to share private info with the staff.)
