Adding Option to Change GIF Provider

Hello, I would like to suggest that the platform consider adding an option to change the GIF provider. Currently, the platform uses a Tenor GIF provider, but I believe it would be beneficial for users to have the option to switch to a different provider, such as Giphy.

Having the ability to choose from multiple GIF providers would provide users with a greater variety of GIFs to choose from, which can make conversations more engaging and fun. Additionally, different providers might have different styles or themes of GIFs that users can choose from, which can allow users to express themselves more effectively. Also, I've seen some users, including myself facing issues with tenor.gif as the tenor gif doesn't load at all but other gifs providers do, for me, the tenor wasn't loading(even on their website) but Giphy was working well.

I think that adding this option would be a great feature for the platform and would improve the overall user experience. Thank you for considering my suggestion."
