More control over avatar decorations in servers
Avatar decorations should be something a server owner can control.
Both roles and avatar decorations have a strong appearance in the text chat.
Roles can be used to give credit based on what a user has done in a server.
However for avatar decorations it is now solely based on the size of their wallet.
Give server owners the option to disable the avatar decorations completely, or some way to assign special ones as well.

Avatar decorations can have a significant impact on the appearance of text chats and can create an unfair advantage for users with larger wallets. It would be beneficial if server owners had more control over these decorations.
One possible solution would be to provide server owners with the option to disable avatar decorations entirely, giving them the ability to create a more uniform appearance for their server. Additionally, it could be useful to provide a way for server owners to assign special avatar decorations to certain users, such as those who have earned certain roles or achievements in the server, rather than solely based on their financial contributions.
By giving server owners more control over avatar decorations, it can create a more balanced and fair experience for all users in the server.

The entire point of these "decorations" is that people paid for them. Discord isn't going to intentionally gimp a feature they sell, server owners aren't going to be given the ability to disable peoples nitro benefits. Also, what unfair advantage are you talking about? Discord is not a competitive event, it's a social platform. You're free to want and hope for Discord to do this, but I'd bet money they wont.

Avatar decorations are a way to customize your avatar on Discord! Discord also announced today that they’re starting the rollout of scheduled events, which allow users to plan ahead, giving time to spread awareness and join. The company says it’s seeing more communities use stage channels to connect with members, in AMAs, open mic events, or other large-scale discussions.
With scheduled events in Discord, users can create an event with a topic name for a future date, allow members to RSVP — which will then send them a notification when the event starts — and create an invite link for a specific event. Members will also be able to browse a list of future events on a server. The scheduled events feature will be available on desktop, iOS, and Android, and there are no time restrictions on how far ahead of time moderators and admins can schedule events, but there will be a limit of 100 total events at a time.
