Members and I are not receiving notifications on server

Hello everyone,

I am writing to say that I have an issue with notifications on my Discord server. Neither members or I are receiving indicators of notifications like a white bubble next to the server icon when not in the server and/or a white bubble next to active chats. This happens on desktop. The other instances are when I receive notifications on my mobile device, and when I unlock it and enter my server, I cannot tell where the chat is coming from other than what the banner notified me where it is.

Are you having this problem too? Or is it just me? 

What has anyone done to fix this?

I am really baffled at this point. I have already contacted Discord Support ticket...
