My account was wrongly disabled

My account was wrongly disabled due to "underage". Iade some tickets where I gave all proofs: ID, selfie, Nickname. There was only 1 respone, but my account was still disabled. I wrote them again and still then there wasn't any respone.

    the same happened to me on may 15, but i have 4 tickets marked as "solved" by some ShaneA, and my account is still banned)) pov you're discord staff and you closing the tickets randomly
