Room admin listening

I have an idea, for an admin feature. If you have an administrator or you're owning a server, you can have an option to listen to a voice channel without joining the channel. You can hear what is happening in the channel and users of that channel won't know about it.

    Mmm.. as much as it sounds enticing, offers a lot of problems to do with privacy. Only way I could see this happen is having a thing added to the community feature for servers which displays a TOS type style in the rules channel so that users know whats up.

    I don't like people listening to private conversations with my mates. Huge breach in privacy.
