Option to turn on notification when a server owner posts somewhere

So the idea would be that me as a server owner of a large server would have this option to select when posting in a channel.

Doesn't have to be a ping but simply a little icon next to a channel that shows the owner said something. It would be a non invasive way to get extra attention.

I feel like an option like this wouldn't hurt anyone and could be very helpful for server owners.

Perhaps it could be a permission you can give your admins as well.

Again the beauty of this is that it doesn't annoying anyone with pings.
