Account being terminated and no replies from anyone after 4 days.

I had been reported 4 days ago and sent in apology for the username containing the f slur that was in reference to a song I was listening to. And I sent in an apology asking for an appeal but had gotten no response. Instead my emails are being ignored and I am only getting the same responses from bots.
