Option to pick 720p@60 or 1080p@30 for level 1 server boost

Hi,

I would like to option to pick 720p@60 or 1080p@30 for the level 1 server boost, as they require virtually the same bandwidth, and for me, clarity and readability is sometimes more important then raw fps.
